What is the Holiday Return Policy?

For the 2025 holiday season, purchases made between Nov 10th and Jan 4th are eligible for an extended 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 2-14 days, while Express takes 1-6 days. International shipping varies between 5-15 working days depending on the location.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer a one-time exchange for size or color. The item must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

Every item undergoes a quality check, but if you receive a damaged product, please email us immediately with photos or a video showing the issue.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for any Express shipping options as a signature is required upon delivery.

Will I have to pay international customs duties?

KEEPTHATPUMP is not responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
